We are mobile trainers and can train at your venue to suit your needs.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day Course)

This one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.

The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for three years, making it suitable for all industries and enabling you to meet HSE requirements.

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is six hours and delivered in one day. The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR and first aid.

The award is valid for three years as of the date of assessment.

Course Content

A range of subjects are covered including:

  • Understanding the role and responsibilities of a first aider

  • How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally

  • How to manage a casualty who is in shock

  • How to assess an incident

  • How to recognise and assist a casualty who is choking

  • Manage a casualty with a minor injury

  • How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally

  • How to manage a casualty with external bleeding

First Aid At Work Re-qualification (2 Day Course)

This two-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.

The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, as well as a practical assessment on CPR and first aid.

Course Content:-

  • resuscitation (CPR)

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) (1/2 Day Course)

ANAPHYLAXIS MANAGEMENT (1/2 Day Course)

The Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis course is four hours and is designed to be delivered in one day. The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR, AED, and use of an adrenaline auto-injector.

Course Content

A range of subjects are covered including:

  • Assessing an incident

  • Providing first aid to an unresponsive casualty

    • CPR including AED

    • Pocket mask

    • Recovery position

  • Recognising a casualty with anaphylaxis

  • Using an adrenaline auto-injector
